Daily GLP-1 Injection
A daily injectable GLP-1 receptor agonist that reduces appetite and supports weight loss in adults with obesity. Prescription only, after medical assessment.
Plain English
Patient-Friendly Explanation
Some GLP-1 medications come as a daily injection you give yourself with a small pen. They reduce appetite, slow digestion and help you feel full sooner, supporting steady weight loss over months.
Medical
Clinical Definition
Daily-injected GLP-1 receptor agonists are given once daily by subcutaneous injection, providing continuous receptor activation that reduces appetite, delays gastric emptying and enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion. Dosing is titrated gradually over weeks to minimise gastrointestinal intolerance such as nausea and vomiting. In weight-management trials, daily GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy produces placebo-subtracted weight loss of roughly 4–6% at about one year, alongside improvements in glycaemic control. Patients are trained in injection technique, site rotation and timing relative to meals; the therapy is an adjunct to lifestyle intervention and is reviewed periodically for ongoing benefit.

Why It Matters
Daily injections sound intimidating, but the pens are designed for easy self-use — most patients master them in one session. Our team teaches the technique, and we pair the medication with a diet plan so reduced hunger translates into real results.
